The founder of the clinic is Monika Maslowska, MA, BA cosmetologist. Deposit Policy
We require a deposit from every client when booking an appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment, unfortunately you will lose your deposit and will be charged in accordance with our cancellation policy. If we don't receive 48 hour notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, your deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is strictly 48 hours for all clients. If we don't receive 48 hour notice to cancel your appointment then unfortunately, if you paid deposit - your deposit is non-refundable. All returning clients who fail to turn up for an appointment ( for example permanent makeup top ups) will be charged £20 per hour of the previous service.
Example:
If the treatment is 1 hour 30 long, the cancellation fee will be £30
We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic in certain circumstances.
Regrettably, we have had to put these measures in place because of the sheer volume of non-arrivals we have had, which in turn costs the salon hundreds of pounds per month.
Giving notice will help us to re-schedule your treatment to a more convenient time. Failure to give 48 hours notice will result in losing your deposit.
